SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

current processing times: 2-4 weeks (including weekends, excludes Sundays)

I do my absolute best to ship as quickly as possible, but due to the newness of the website, I am allowing my self more buffer time. thank you for your understanding. 

 

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

Shipping Method/ Shipping Fee:

USPS/based on your location

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

I do my very best to ensure your package gets delivered to you safely. However, I am not responsible for any damage the package may incur during the shipping process.

Withthat being said, my customers satisfaction is my top priority and I will do my very best to rectify any dilemmas with your order <3 I also take into account that the outer packaging

may encounter bumps and bruises, and I package the items with that in mind. IF YOUR COUNTRY ISNT AVALIABLE FOR SHIPPING: I apologize, either it's due to the carrier not servicing your area, or there are high risk factors with lost packages etc.

 

Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

For information about customs process:

The customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, duties or VAT upon pick up of package. I am still working out how to be able to factor that in for my EU customers/international customers.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

In the event there is a delay with your package due to outside circumstances, I request patience as there will not be much I can do. If there is a delay with my personal shipping times (i.e. I am running behind on orders) I will inform you, and provide a revised shipping time. With that being said, I ship packages generally quicker than my given delivery times 

International Customers: I will still deliver the package to the carrier within my current processing times, but the time it takes to get you can take up to 2 weeks based on USPS site.

 

I am working on getting the shipping costs down for my international customers. Until I can figure it out, I will keep international orders off, I am so sorry.

Returns/Exchanges

At this time I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you do encounter an issue with your order though, I will do my very best to accommodate you. <3

I will at times post items that didn't pass quality control for a discounted price as well as said item being labeled "miscut" or "seconds".
